My new bookkeeper asked me what it's for, we tracked it down which took a while, & we found out I'm being charged this $10 from a company (since 2004) who doesn't even have me as a client, so I was refunded $480. Now THAT'S a team player who actually cares about her job. She was floored as to how 6-7 bookkeepers were hired, & not one of them noticed this charge or the fact that I was being charged way more on my merchant account fees that I was told I would be.
