Darryl was told that he wouldn’t be considered for our website coder position. We told him this because in the hiring ad we clearly stated we don’t want resumes, we only want people to answer our questions.
When he responded with questions saying he was going to send us his resume, I said clearly you never read our hiring ad, otherwise you’d know we DON’T take resumes, so you are out.
His response very maturely was…
