So Seika turned out to be a nasty person to us.

She applied to our position to be an interviewer, & eventually she was asked to fill out our company application just like every single person is asked to do.

Instead of reading the application & following the instructions, she just ignored it & only filled out what she wanted to, or what was easy to.

When I then told her she wouldn’t be suitable for this company because she didn’t do as she was asked, she proceeded to lie to me & tell me…

“Sorry, I DID read all the instructions, but i DON’T give out that much information over the net (secure page or not). If you need to have that information that is something that is to be asked during the interview process. Good Luck in your search…”

Her arrogant attitude about our companies procedures (she has no right to tell us how to run our business) & the fact that she was lying straight out about reading the entire application page pissed me off. I said you refuse to tell us the hours you work, how many clients you are currently working for, & what you look for in a company?

In my mind I was thinking, WOW, that must be TOP SECRET information, so if this got out, it would get her into deeeeeep trouble.

The next thing I know, she’s ran to tattle (immature behavior) to oDesk & lied by saying we are promoting an escort service instead of what we are doing, which was hiring for our company which writes books & provides other products & services for the escort industry.

She knew this of course, because she responded to our hiring ad which clearly states that plain as day.

So, I had no intentions of putting her on this blog, until this happened, now I feel others should know what she did to us, because we don’t want the same thing happening to you.

We ONLY hire A+ workers, who are mature, ethical, professional, & admit when they make mistakes, instead of blaming others or lying.
