So in my opinion, this Ron guy turns out to be a nasty individual.
He responds to our hiring ad for a website coder who knows W3C valid coding, & instead of just answering all the questions, the first thing that comes out of his mouth is…
“Not going to beg for the job. Just emailing you to let you know I am a stickler for proper web coding and require all pages to be pass validation for the HTML and CSS coding.”
That of course put my back up & I took that as a sign that he really doesn’t want the job anyway, & his immature ego self was giving me the finger & trying to show off about what he knows/does.
So that coupled with the fact that he didn’t answer the other 2 questions asked of him, I said it’s clear to me you don’t want the job, so we will pass.
His response was: “Didn’t say I didn’t want it, but if you pass, you pass. You’re just going to miss out on the best coder around.

So the way he writes what he wrote, it sounded like he got our hiring ad pulled, so that’s what I initially thought, but then later on he claims it was because it wasn’t supposed to be posted on that board. Ron, learn how to communicate better.
Bottom line is, we don’t hire mean spirited people, we want people who are nice, friendly & also have the skills, communication, are reliable, etc.
