Barron Brantley harasses our company

Barron Brantley
Atlanta, Georgia
barronbrantley@hotmail.com

Barron first responded to our ad for tech support position back in September of 2006.

He was out of our price range or there was another reason we didn’t hire him. I didn’t conduct the initial interview, so I don’t know. All I know is that I told him we weren’t interested.

Then starting October 15, 2008 he started e-mailing me out of the blue asking if we had any positions available for him. He sent his resume.

I told him we don’t take resumes, he can go to our web page that lists all our open positions, & if he’s qualified, he can respond from there.

I never heard from him again, so I figured he wasn’t qualified for anything we had open.

Again on February 12, 2009, he e-mailed again, not listening to my instructions.

I ignored him & deleted his e-mail hoping he would go away – he didn’t.

Then again on June 15, 2009 he e-mails again. I tell him one last time that we don’t like to be e-mailed, he can bookmark our positions page & respond to there if he is qualified.

He takes offense to what I say, saying… “First point, I don’t email you every few months as you stated, so please get your facts straight. Second point, I always try to build a repor with an individual being that it is mainly who you know, not so much what you know, but I understand the fact now that you are not interested in that…Wont happen with you again. Third point, you obviously have had a unpleasant day from the tone in your reply to my email, I do pray for you and hope things get better.

Thank you for your reply, you will not be “Bothered” by me again. Take care and I want
you continue to prosper in life.”

I was shocked at his condescending religious dialog & how he thinks asking someone for a job is creating “rapport” LOL

I lost my temper at his tone & told him off.

This guy has been contacting us every few months, he lies about it, then instead of just saying he will bookmark that site & not contact me unless he is qualified for a position, he tries to blame me for his mistakes. Then he tries to use “prayer & my life” to put me down.

If he had actually followed instructions, I would have been impressed with him wanting to work for our company & keeping in touch, but he didn’t.

I asked him NOT to contact me again, I don’t put up with this kind of behavior & religious doctrine which belongs in a church, not in a company.

He once again didn’t listen & wrote…

“Since you are not religious, then you wont mind me calling you a BITCH!!!”

Thank god we never hired him.
