I responded to an ad on www.kijiji.ca looking for someone to plow my driveway.  I live in a small town outside of Windsor and I was pretty certain most of these guys were in Windsor.

Shawn got back to me and said it depended because he would have to drive all the way here. He wanted to know if it was a business or a residence.

I could tell already his price wsa going to be way too high, so I simply said…

“Then I’ll find someone else.

It’s a semi resident.

He wrote me back telling me I didn’t have to be rude & he explained what I already knew (see I’m not stupid), that he didn’t want to spend money in gas to make peanuts.

I wrote back telling I’m NOT rude, I just made a decision, & if he doesn’t like it when customers make decisions, he shouldn’t be in business.

That’s when Shawn’s true colours came through…

Oh now all of a sudden it wasn’t about the gas LOL, it was about how many people. And Shawn clearly can’t read, I told him what kind of place it was. I had no problem with him asking that question, dahh, the point was I knew he was going to charge me too much.

Shawn, the reason you don’t like upfront people, is because YOU are not just rude, you are a little boy who swears when he doesn’t get his way. This is how you talk to customers or potential customers because they decide to move on quickly to the next guy?

This guy was selling his shelf stereo on www.kijiji.ca

I contacted him & was talking to him about buying it.

The following day I was just about to call him to say I was coming in to take a look at it when he told me he already sold it.

I was teed off, as he knew I was interested & didn’t bother to inform me it was suddenly “gone”.

I told him it would have been nice if he had informed me & this is what he said… ” TOO FUCKIN BAD   FUCK FACE”

I’m happy I never gave my money to someone so immature & disrespectful.

07-06-07 – He responded to my ad to purchase my cell phone. He told me the amount he wanted to pay, I told him what I needed & then I told him I’d be in Toronto & meet up with him the following night. I was coming all the way from Brampton which if you know Toronto, is either 20-45 minutes away depending on where you are going to in Toronto.

He did not have a car, so I said I’d come meet him closer to where he is. I was being nice & yes of course I wanted the sale, but I didn’t have to drive to where he lived.

I called him to touch base before going into a store. I told him I’d be 20-30 minutes. I confirmed that my last price in the e-mail was fine & he said sure, no problem.

20-30 minutes later I called him, no answer. I called again when I got closer to where we were supposed to meet. Still no answer. I called him about 1 ½ hours later. No answer again.

This guy clearly plays games. He knew full well I was coming into town near him to meet up with him. I wasted my time & my gas & he just ignored my calls clearly knowing it was me & yes, I drove near his house or business which was about 30-40 minutes from where that store was that I had to go to.
