Since we do need to stick together, if you ever want to know my experiences with a person before you hire them, you can e-mail me & I will copy you my notes free of charge & if my notes aren’t up-to-date, I will take the time out of my schedule (time permitting) to get a summary of what transpired between us & the independent contractor.

I won’t lie, these will be my notes during my screening process, & during their tenure with me.

If they weren’t hired, my notes should explain why, unless I was too busy to make notes.

I won’t give you any personal information, just my notes & then it’s up to you to determine if you wish to hire them or not.
